Alright, I am signed up for fulltilt poker, and I am stoked because of thier current deal right now with a 100% sign up bonus up to $600. The ONLY negative though is that I am not yet 21 and you have to be 21 to play on that site. So I am wondering just as opinions or knowledege. If do sign up and send my money through my checking account, will they find out my current age, and what will happen if they do?
The poker rooms only make this stipulation to avoid problems with the US authorities. No other country in the world has such asinine laws and no poker site operator would ever make such a stupid requirement on his own. If all your transactions are under $3,000 (some say $10,000) you will be OK because the authorities do not concern themselves with these.
